At present, our shipping services are exclusively available for delivery within the United States. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in CO, USA.
Tracking
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

- Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order is delayed, please contact us via email service@ypstoys.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
- Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled before shipment.
You can cancel your order, we accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is canceled by that time, you will get a full refund. But If the product has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order. Thank you for your understand!

Return & Exchange Conditions
• Return within 30 days without service charge
• Returns after 30 days are not accepted
• All items in original packaging with all parts and components
• All items in new condition with no damage or cut wires
• Return/Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery.
• We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US

Refund
In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by us in case of returns.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 7-14 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive your refund within 48 hours. If you haven’t received it, please contact us.
